not sure where to post this so please move if necessary,
obviously the below items are used with suitable metal armour plate and / or sorbathane for protection, although the 3rd video seems a bit questionable
just found a company in brazil who apparently produce items comparable with de lamare in the USA, MP Associates in the USA and josef kohler in Austria, here are 3 videos of their product.

the first video shows a DF-1 for noise measurement, and surprisingly has very fast sparks.(looks like zirconium to me) These items are supposed to be flameless and low smoke. in the second video when it is used with a blood bag the sparks are not visible. maybe the videos are incorrectly labelled, i dont know.
the third video shows a DF-1/8th grain , amazingly used for a head shot with prosthetic , seems a bit dodgy to say the least.
de lamare used to use lead styphnate, but i believe they have changed to a lead free item.
josef kohler certainly produce lead free versions.
msds from the brazil company (QFutura, brazil), list lead azide in some of their products, so not ideal.
there are other videos from the same sources as the above for anyone interested.
