Fredo,
I pre-granulate everything for pressing with some binder. Dex works fine, but for pressed goods, reduce the amount to down around 3%, in order to maintain the 'compaction' of the powder. 5% will make hard grains that are difficult to compact properly without hydraulic equipment.

The 'dust' will compact just fine, but it's terribly messy -- throwing dust all over EVERYTHING, including your nose.

At least 2% dex is needed to bind the powder to non-dusty, while still maintaining its ability to be easily compacted.
