Hello , how much gramms of clay nozzle i must have for 1lb rocket core burning ? Thanks...

Not grammes, but 'length' Such a nozzle should be no less than 1 tube inside-diameter tall. Most folks like them to be 1.5 i.d. tall.

Press small increments of clay until you obtain the correct length.

Press at sufficient pressure to 'lock' the nozzle in the tube. It should produce a noticable 'bulge' in the tube, even if you're using an external tube support.
